Registration - Whether you join for the whole ride or just for a day, it is important for you to register in order for there to be enough food cooked for everybody and that no one ends up with a hungry tummy. We also need to keep track of who is and isn't on the ride for security reasons, as well as so that people can be cycling in the correct sub-groups.
Payments - There are three main different kinds of payments. Only the 1st payment is necessary to be able to register to the ride so that Time to Cycle can be aware of where you are joining, how much food will need cooking and whether more space for accommodation needs sorting. (By filling in the form below, you will receive the bank account details allowing you to make your payment and finalise your registration.)

Return travel information
Return travel is organised individually, however, we like the idea of going back in groups so here are some recommendations for days and modes of transport.
Some of us will be leaving on the Tuesday 29th day in order to give ourselves a day break after the camp/action. 1) Train+Coach - 53.90€, you can get from Erkelenz to London. 2) Train - 69.90€, you get from Erkelenz to London. https://www.trainline.eu/ A van will be bringing bikes back to London on the 28th August and have the possibility to be stored there for up to 3 days. We've done this because traveling with bikes on public transport is either very expensive, or impossible. This option is free of charge, we just ask for you to collect your bike in time so as not to bother the London Catholic Workers who's agreed to store them for us. The exact address for the climate camp has not been released yet. The closest city is Cologne and we believe that the closest town will be Erkelenz. |
