Time to Cycle! Five Day Ride
We will ride from London to Paris over the course of five days. We will connect with other cyclists at each step of the ride, skill-share through workshops, form teams, and organise towards our time in Paris. As messengers we will carry stories of hope from our communities, and display them loud and clear at the COP. Ride with us for climate justice and a livable planet!
Itinerary:
Cost:
Tickets for a place on the ride are £250 per person. The event is not-for-profit and we have done our absolute best to keep costs to a minimum, but some costs have been inescapable. Please consider asking your friends and family to help save our planet by supporting you to go on this ride! If you can, ask them to write down a message that you can bring to COP21 on their behalf. Set up a fundraising page on www.kickstarter.com or www.justgiving.com. We've attached here a document describing some more ideas on how to fundraise.
The ticket will also include some meals, although as these are being provided by the communities we're passing through we won't be able to tell you exactly how many meals will be covered until a couple of weeks before the event. We may also be able to provide accommodation in London and Paris. We're working on this now.
Payment schedule
1) £125 (50% deposit) by 1st November
2) £125 by November 16th
